- Services are primarily offered in English. However, Dutch (Nederlands) is also available upon request, subject to the coach/counsellor's discretion.

- A 30-minute discovery call is an opportunity to have an initial conversation where we can discuss your needs, goals, and how I can support you. This call is both free of charge and obligation. - 1:1 coaching & counselling sessions typically last between 60 to 90 minutes. The duration may vary depending on the type of session, your needs, and the agreement between us.
- The duration of intuitive guidance sessions depends on the type of session you have booked. We offer sessions of 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes. Each session is designed to provide you with deep insights and clarity, tailored to your specific needs and the time allotted. -
- The frequency of 1:1 coaching & counselling sessions will depend on your goals, availability, and the intensity of support needed. Generally, clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, and as progress is made, sessions may be spaced out further apart.

- The number of coaching sessions required varies depending on your unique circumstances and goals. Some clients find value in a trajectory consisting of a few sessions, while others may engage in a longer-term trajectory. We will collaboratively assess and discuss your progress and ongoing needs throughout the process.
- Intuitive guidance sessions, including card readings, are designed to provide deep insights and clarity, and to allow for ample time to integrate the guidance provided, we recommend that these sessions be booked no more than once every two months. This ensures you have time to reflect and implement the insights before seeking further guidance. -
- Sessions are primarily conducted online through video conferencing such as Google Meet, FaceTime or WhatsApp for convenience and accessibility. In-person sessions can be arranged upon request, subject to the availability and discretion of the coach/counsellor.

- Life happens, and I understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel a session. Please provide notice as early as possible, preferably at least 4 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

- Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of coaching and counselling. I adhere to strict professional guidelines and legal requirements to ensure your personal information and session content remain confidential. Exceptions to confidentiality will be clearly outlined during our initial consultation.

- The pricing for single sessions varies based on the type of service and the duration of the session. Please reach out for specific pricing details regarding the service you are interested in.

- Currently, trajectory packages are not available, but we’re excited to explore this option in the future. Stay tuned for updates, as we may offer tailored packages designed to support your personal growth journey down the line.

- Payments for all services must be made via bank transfer. Please note that payment requirements may vary depending on the type of services rendered. Detailed payment instructions will be provided on the invoice sent to you after each session or upon booking a trajectory package or intuitive card reading.

- At this time, payment plans are not available for any of our services. The total amount stated on the invoice, which includes the full price of the chosen service offering as well as any applicable VAT/BTW costs, must be paid in full within 14 days of the invoice date.

- Please note that none of my offered services are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. However, reimbursement agreements can be arranged directly between you and your employer, as some organizations may offer coverage for coaching and counselling services. Please consult with your employer or HR department to explore the reimbursement options available to you.
