What is Systemic Work?

The Three Main Types of Constellations:

1. Family Constellations: These constellations focus on exploring family dynamics, ancestral influences, and intergenerational patterns. They can reveal hidden loyalties, unresolved traumas, and entanglements that impact our relationships and personal growth.

In a constellations session with me, we work with objects and symbols rather than human representatives. This method, known as "object constellations" or "symbolic constellations," offers a deeply intuitive and insightful approach to exploring personal, relational, and systemic dynamics.

Next, I guide you in setting up your "constellation" using symbolic objects. You’ll arrange the objects to represent different aspects of your life, and together we observe their interactions and shifts. This process invites new perspectives and often uncovers hidden patterns or emotions.
